Define the product direction
- Identify the category you want to discuss, such as hair care, body cleansing, facial cleansing, hand care or laundry care.
- Describe the intended use, target market and packaging language. If you have a reference product, say whether it illustrates appearance, use or specifications.
Make specifications easy to check
- List the intended net content with its unit, packaging format, scent, colour and estimated quantity separately. Keep weight and volume in their original units.
- Distinguish confirmed requirements from ideas that still need review. A reference image is not a final specification.
Record open questions
- If the project involves formulation, labelling, testing, minimum order quantities or delivery timing, ask about the relevant conditions and documents.
- Attach reference images or design files and explain what may change. Do not infer ingredients, performance or trademark rights from an image alone.
This checklist is for an initial conversation. The product plan, feasibility and commercial terms require confirmation between the parties.
